CHESHIRE WEST & WIRRAL CROSSROADS are a member of the National Association of Crossroads Schemes,in August of this year Crossroads Association launched a re-brand. we have a new title now which is
CROSSROADS CARE CHESHIRE WEST & WIRRAL

Our Objectives are

To relieve stress in families or in persons responsible for the care of a person or persons with care
needs.
To supplement and complement - not to replace - existing statutory services, and to work closely with them.
To strive to maintain a high standard of care, through the provision of community based Carer Support Workers.

We aim to provide a flexible and adaptable service that meets the needs of individual carers and those
they care for. We cover the whole range of age and disability, ranging from children with autism to older
people with dementia. Our staff also gives the all-important emotional support to carers.
